Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase from Hunter Bleu! However, we know that some things just don't work out and that's no problem. We know finding the right fit isn't always the easiest online, so we offer easy returns on items in new condition/the original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of the delivery. We CANNOT accept returns on bralettes, bodysuits, gift cards, sale items, thrift pieces or local vendor merchandise.
FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE:
Online returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a store credit, which never expires. To notify us that you will be starting the return process please email us at shophunterbleu@yahoo.com with your order details (i.e. Order Number or Receipt Number).
FOR PURCHASES MADE 'IN-PERSON'
We accept returns with proof of purchase (email or text receipt) for 14 days after your purchase. Please email shophunterbleu@yahoo.com with the proof of purchase to begin the return process.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued through store credit ONLY. We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and then issue you a store credit.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
